Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applies to A N Design Group Ltd.
A N Design Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to preventing it from occurring within our business and supply chain. The offences of “slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour” and “human trafficking” remain a hidden blight on society. A N Design Group Ltd’ Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, managers, and staff members are fully committed to ensuring that neither slavery nor human trafficking is taking place in our business.
A N Design Group Ltd has policies, procedures and processes that support us to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our business and supply chain
- Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chain
- Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chain
- Provide adequate protection for whistle-blowers
A N Design Group Ltd’ operational business is solely within the UK and accordingly we consider the geographic risk of slavery and human trafficking to be low.
Modern slavery is an important part of our Ethical Procurement Policy, and we periodically review the effectiveness of our processes.
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for A N Design Group Ltd for the year 2021, as approved by the Board of Directors.
